    I recently hired Sam Cruz to fix one kitchen drawer and install three ceiling fans in my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided. From start to finish, Sam Cruz demonstrated exceptional professionalism and skill. I had a 18 feet ceiling. Lowe's was charging $130 per fan installation. I'm glad I found L&S contractors. First and foremost, punctuality was impeccable, Sam arrived exactly at the agreed-upon time, ready to work with all the necessary tools and equipment. This level of reliability is rare and greatly appreciated. The repair of the drawer was handled with precision and care. Sam quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it efficiently, ensuring it now operates smoothly and seamlessly. The quality of the repair is top-notch. The installation of the three ceiling fans was equally impressive. Sam worked diligently and expertly, making sure each fan was securely mounted and properly wired. The attention to detail and commitment to safety were evident throughout the process. The fans look and function perfectly, significantly enhancing the comfort and aesthetics of my home. In addition to Sam's technical expertise, the customer service was outstanding. He was courteous, respectful, and left the work areas clean and tidy after completing the tasks. I highly recommend Sam for any home repair or installation needs. The combination of punctuality, craftsmanship, and excellent customer service ensures a positive experience and exceptional results.     Sam does a great job, shows up on time and works hard! He has done multiple odd jobs around the house for me such as painting, replacing outlets and doing some stucco patchwork. I appreciate his work ethic and he is reasonably priced.

    I have hired L&S Contractors and have nothing but good to say, we hired them to do a front yard renovation and they did a top notch renovation, we love it and are very pleased with the results.     Sam has always come in clutch and does a great job no matter how big or small! From the time I reached out to him to have work completed on a home that was being sold to any jobs that have come up since, he has been respectful, kind and honest every step of the way which isn’t so common anymore. His work is great and his prices are reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone looking for general contracting!
