      I recently hired Sam Cruz to fix one kitchen drawer and install three ceiling fans in my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided. From start to finish, Sam Cruz demonstrated exceptional professionalism and skill. I had a 18 feet ceiling. Lowe's was charging $130 per fan installation. I'm glad I found L&S contractors. First and foremost, punctuality was impeccable, Sam arrived exactly at the agreed-upon time, ready to work with all the necessary tools and equipment. This level of reliability is rare and greatly appreciated. The repair of the drawer was handled with precision and care. Sam quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it efficiently, ensuring it now operates smoothly and seamlessly. The quality of the repair is top-notch. The installation of the three ceiling fans was equally impressive. Sam worked diligently and expertly, making sure each fan was securely mounted and properly wired. The attention to detail and commitment to safety were evident throughout the process. The fans look and function perfectly, significantly enhancing the comfort and aesthetics of my home.
